In order to ensure that appropriate respect is afforded the volunteers and mentors, and in an effort to emphasize the sports-like manner of the team, FRC students are expected to address the mentors and volunteers by their titles. The title of "coach" is preferred but "Mr.", "Ms.", and "Dr." are also acceptable.
